Refund policy
The customer has 30 days after receiving their item to file for a refund under the 30 day guarantee policy honored by Systia Services LLC. The customer should contact Systia Services LLC through the "contact us" form on the domain shopaquii.com. Any other forms of contact are not valid. When the refund is requested, the customer must provide the order number along with the information of the buyer who bought it including address and date of purchase. Systia Services LLC will provide a full refund after the item is successfully shipped to one of the companies chosen warehouse locations, paid for by Systia Services LLC who has full discretion as to the shipping carrier and rates used.
